COncept
The concept phase of electric or hybrid powertrain design establishes a framework for the vehicle power system. It employs model-based simulation for performance analysis and layout schematics for efficient component arrangement.
Cost-performance optimization balances budget and performance, while architecture analysis allows the customer to be in control of the final vehicle powertrain setup.

SYSTEM DESIGN
Detailed simulations and optimizations of vehicle systems and components based on models and physics. Design of electrical schematics and cabling. Definition and implementation of safety and protection features, along with custom design of power distribution units (PDUs). Integration of vehicle systems using 3D CAD and costructive 2D drawings. Control strategy definition, simulation and implementation to optimize energy management or fuel consumption.

COMPONENTS CHOICE - PROcUREMENT
We support the customer in the components specification definition and choice. Components are proposed from off the shelf available components. Full custom or customized products designed by BLUE MATTER or Partners are available. We take care of the supplier management, timeline optimization an procurements of parts.

SYSTEM TEST - COMMISSIONING
We test sub-system and full system functionality in our laboratories and we deploy control and communication between components and subsystems. After extensive system validation we support the customer for the in vehicle assembly and in field test execution, supporting all calibration of controls activity and data analysis.

DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION
We support the customer to prepare all documentation needed to prepare for the certification and homologation of the vehicle.
